Unfortunately, flying with a drone in Germany is overregulated. When you look at Airmap, Germany is gradually becoming a complete red spot. And with that you challenge the adventurers.

In the combination owner/drone, it is good to see that at least one party has intelligence. Advantageous also that the tower owners are no longer the DDR, or the pilot would now have fried testicles.  

  

Television broadcast transmitters emit millions of watts of electromagnetic radiation.  You probably lost your connection due to immensely powerful interference from this television transmitter.  You're lucky that the electronics of your quad weren't completely destroyed.  RF energy at these power levels can a completely destroy delicate electronics and even set them on fire at that close proximity.  A very stupid thing to do.

It is outdated, with current firmware the P4 would fly back home retracing the route it took to get there and would have regained radio contact after just a few meters without needing any obstacle avoidance or having any risk of a collision.

Is this video zoomed in a bit, it seems to get remarkably close to the tower otherwise...

You think this was entertaining?  I think it was irresponsible, and will lead to further restrictions coming in.

Why would you think this was entertaining?  All I can see is the high risk that the drone control was lost.

WOW! Look dangerous crash but 100% safe well. Phantom 4 is always the best already. I still have it and mavic pro too. That is why i never sell both away.
