As per the title I have an Osmo with an X5 adapter and X5, as well as the wired USB adapter, but I can only connect to the CrystalSky monitor via Wifi.

The X5 adapter has the connector for the USB adapter, which I have all wired in, but no joy.

I have checked everything is on the latest updates, which it all is.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi, Photog. Did you try to install the adapter again? Can you search the wifi when you plug in the usb?  Please ensure that you did not open DJI GO and DJI GO 4 at the same time. Installed exactly as per the guide, but using DJI GO, I can only connect via WIFI. If I switch the CrystalSky WIFI off I get nothing, the wired connection just doesn't work.
