hi, is there anyone facing problems with Dji Go 4 4.1.18 on iOS same like me?
1. RTH set range (20m-50m), you can see my video, home point recorded message show setting 80m RTH as i set it before update the dji go 4 but i cannot change in the aircraft setting menu.
2. customised button C1 & C2 is reset after i exit the apps, you can see in the video
3. There is no signal for HD & RC(its like freeze), but i can take off and fly normally. but it will be risk because i dont know what is the strength of my live feed and rc.

For information, i already uninstall the apps and reinstall but nothing changed

Hi, sir. In this case, did you try to reinstall your app or change a mobile device? Or you can try to flash your firmware. Please keep us updated, thanks for your support.

I already reinstall the apps but same problem. I had try using android but its all fine, it show the rth 80m in the setting. Everythings fine. Its all start after i updated to dji go 4 4.1.18

try something: delete the full value, then insert the new value. do not overwrite the value, first erase it

I already try it..but u cannot put more than 50

This is a bug of the app. The app can not recognize some RC for GL300(X).  This bug will be fixed next version.  You can try upgrade the firmware of RC with an Android version DJI GO.

Yes..you are right DJI IOS team.. it solved after i connect the rc with android then upgrade the rc firmware to 1.9.3, the i connect back my rc with IOS, its all solved

If you are still in rc firmware 1.9.2, latest dji go 4 4.1.18(iOS) cannot detect the firmware version, that why i am asking Maxnew to give a screenshot at about setting. Need to upgrade to 1.9.3 via android, then connect back with iOS. After that, RTH serting will appear (20-500m) again, and customized button C11/C2 will function as usual

And this seems to explain why the RC update is not appearing for some of those who have recently updated their P4 aircrafts firmware. Because they will likely be using DJI Go 4 V4.1.18 on iOS. And it not detecting older RC versions (anything below V1.9.2 is not compatable with aircraft V02.00.0160 onwards).

Thats why they need to use dji go 4 android version for upgrading rc fw until dji go 4 ios release latest version with this error fixed

Using Android is not an option.  DJI needs to release a public statement about this and other bugs so users are aware.  Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

The strange thing about this bug is that it is intermittent. On my P3 Pro and iPhone X and iPad Pro running DJI Go 3.1.23, the problem occurs at a rate of approximately 50% when I plug in the lightning cable between the RC controller and my iOS device.

Yesterday I had to cancel some flights as the bug was evident during my pre-flight check. When I got home I dug around and came across this thread and found that the bug sometimes does not surface if I repeatedly unplug and plug in the cable. I even tried a different Apple lightning cable and got the same results.

DJI Elektra, DJI Susan & DJI IOS Team,, i saw an update for iOS, but why only for mavic? Why no bugs updated for phantom 4, dont your team alert about our phantom users?

awanmedia, this bug is fixed in DJI GO 4 4.1.20,  you can try it.

Update to 4.1.20 on iOS, update of RC to 1.9.3 works, update Phantom 4 to latest firmware with Assistant  works.
Also Custom buttons settings work.
Now looking for weather to have a test flight.
