I have the latest DJI GO app.  I turn  on the OSMO Mobile, go to the app and click "connect your device" but the OSMO doesn't appear I  the device list. I was able to connect to my iPhone no problem but want to use my Galaxy S7 because video quality is better.  Is there a factory reset?  Anyone else have problems connecting to Galaxy?

Please help!! I spent an hour with support and they didn't help at all.

Hi, sir. Please ensure that the bluetooth of your IPhone is closed when you connect your S7. What is the color of your S7? You can try to close the mobile phone detection sensor in the gimbal setting. Please keep us updated, thanks.
