DJI GO APP problem/please advise .

Does anyone know why the DJI app movie editor/maker is not finding my locally stored videos stored in my i-phone 7+ album ?
Seems over night i can no longer see any of my flight screen record videos or any videos stored on in my phone album all i can see is photos >
Please advise ,thanks garry.

Hi CIGANO, please make sure that there are videos on the local album, or try to reinstall the app and see if it helps.

So you only get Mavic video on your phone if you have the video cache enabled and have enough space on your phone to capture the streamed downlink video.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, though. How are you certain videos are on your phone? Where are you seeing them if the Go 4 app doesn't show them?

Yes, I realise you are using the app, but in the app, there are tabs for Photos and Videos. Are you looking in the Videos tab?

You need to update to IOS 11.2 or you'll start experiencing app crashes too.

I think there might be a bit of confusion here.
Can you confirm that if you open the DJI GO 4 app and go to the Editor tab you can see both photos and videos under each of their tabs.
What other place or app on your phone are you looking at to access the videos?

OK so you don't have any videos in the GO 4 app. Can you confirm that there are actually videos on the SD card.

You can only download 1080p or 720p videos from the sd card to your phone. Are your videos in a higher resolution than this?

I only film in 720p, it will not find any videos of any quality on my phone, even on my wife’s phone the app does exactly the same .

From what I've read above, you can see the videos when the aircraft is on and you're connected. But you can't see the videos when the aircraft is turned off and you're not connected.

It sounds like you haven't downloaded the videos form the aircraft to your phone. You have to download the video files while the aircraft is on and connected. After connecting the aircraft, select "Enter device" in the Go4 app. In the bottom left corner of the screen is a "play" button (looks like the YouTube button to me). On the next screen, you can select and download the videos from the aircraft to your phone.

Yes that’s what I discovered a few days ago it was the iCloud upsetting the app .
