Any one know why my iPhone 7+ on ios11.1.2 as the Go 4.1.18 keep crashing It was fine yesterday, but today the app kept crashing. I have try delete and reinstall the app, restart the iPhone 7+, it still crash But when I use on my other iPhone 7 it work fine

I got my Spark today and had it updated to the latest firmware. I'm on IOS 11.1.1 and noticed the DJI Go 4 app keep crashing too.

There were reports of i7+ ios 11 problem with dji go 4 app. The resolution is to “Restore” iphone firmware via iTune.

I have same problem today. Using DJIGo 4.1.18 with iPad mini3 iOS 11.1.2

I read on internet and find that It seems it caused by a date bug between iOS and DJI Go . Temporary change the date prior Dec 2 can solve the issue but hope a permanent solution soon

IOS just issue update 11.2 for solving this bug !

Really ios again I manage to go thought all the trouble refresh the app to get it going. Not sure 11.2 is good or bad. I be seat and wait for the time being

Hi, I'm on DJI Go 4.1.18, IOS 11.1.2 and am experiencing the app crashing almost every minute when its turned on. It happens almost when I do any actions - taking the quiz on app, flying, going to the academy pages.

It's (3018) during multiple crash, after many time reinstall, it's work fine for now and still (3018). Then ios 11.2 updated again still looks ok

We have confirmed with our developers, the crash issue was caused by Apple iOS system itself, and it has got fixed in iOS 11.2.
Please let us know if there is any further problem, thanks.

Sir, please check my post in 14#, when you update iOS system, please delete and then download DJI Go APP again, please make sure the flight records and some important footage have been backuped before doing this. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

With Tripod activate, Mavic suddenly gone in the wall at high speed Do you think it's with this iOS bug ??

That for one is not IOS. That is caused by the downward vision system in the drone not having enough light in the environment that you were flying so disengaged OPTI mode and as you were indoors you wouldn't of had a GPS lock either so the drone went into ATTI mode and sadly, your flying skills didn't save the drone. That is why you should never fly indoors until you are very experienced at flying outside and should always use prop guards when flying indoors - even licenced UAV pilots use prop guards indoors. I hope you have DJI care refresh...

I understand, but i have a good experience of flying (Phantom 2, Phantom 4 and Mavic)...

I tried to control, but no response from RC....!

Before fly, i have disengaged every sensor !!! :-(

The RC controls in ATTI mode are very different to the other flight modes as the gains change. In addition to ATTI, a strong electromagnetic inference (your TV, DVD player, WiFi router etc) could cause this too. Flying indoors carries the greatest risk of crashing a drone.

Ok guy, i understand. Before i have a Syma X5, very basic quadcopter with only ATTI mode...

Seems big interference, it's really possible, and it is with low ambient light... i will never fly indoor !!!

Just make sure that you have prop guards on, no large devices in the room like TV's and really bright lights on + the downward system doesn't like thick carpet or patterned tiles... You can fly indoors but... you get the picture.

I am using iOS 11.2 already, but my DJO Go 4 app still crashes every minute. I am just updating iOS to 11.2.1 to see if that fixes it.
