My gosh, is this Quiz actually going to stop fools from flying irresponsibly?
Well, at least this Quiz is not an FAA requirement.

One question though: If an operator does not comply with DJI by refusing to take the Quiz or flunking it (which in my case I highly doubt),  will the result be saved to the aircraft, preventing it from flying even if the operator totally drops the GO app and uses a third party app like Litchi?

Where is this quiz?  I've updated the app and drone and have never seen this quiz.

I don't guess you "have to" take it.  I've never seen it and I fly nearly every day.  I guess the deal is, don't worry about it unless it affects you.
