Hello, 2 months i haven't used my dji phantom 3 SE because of this sh*tting update, do you have news or solutions? Thanks. If it is not solved I will ask to be refunded!!

I have this same problem. I've only owned this drone 1 month and fir the majority of that time it has been worthless. I've spent more time trying to figure out what's wrong with it than flying it. Has anyone found a solution???

SE.. even sometime for me i will get 130meters distance and triggers RTH...certain time different weather/interference/wind will cause all these issues out.... some in across my country to Malaysia...it was a good flight without intereference and fly far up to 500meters without problems with the FPV (but didnt dare to go more) UnMod AC RC all Straight out from the box .......last year OCT-NOV flights ... Handset Xiaomi Mi Max (flight mode with only WiFI on)  

Recent Dec after latest updated... goes up to 300 Meters and triggers RTH at Marine Port Authority Zone..... alt at 120 Meters....... Slight Windy ..overcasting day.

Done up relink...(no sim card inserted for this phone as mainly use for flying only) wifi on only... disable cache video while in flight...

Hope these will helps in small certain ways.

If DJI released a SDK for the SE would it help as we could used other programs?

Vergonzoso lo que nos ha hecho Dji con la actualización, se está riendo de todos nosotros, a partir de ahora mala publicidad es lo que doy, además el servicio técnico es malísimo, solo envían drones defectuosos una y otra vez

Just came back from a trip. 3.1.18 app crash twice during a flight..able to relink in short time,flew back ... Think still need a more stable FCC.

Cómo se pasa a FCC de manera definitiva?
En tal caso se anularía la garantía?

It coming to a Year...my warranty consider over... with CE video lags and low power transmit...more problems will happens...i rather void it.

Por favor alguna manera de pasar de ce a fcc desde la actualización 1.5.40?, por favor DJi estamos desamparados, ayudanos y danos lo que nos has quitado, no pido que lo mejores, solo que lo iguales.

Por lo que se vé, han diseñado los mismos problemas para todos los modelos Phantom, Mavic y spark.
Bravo dji, ya puedes cobrar 2000 euros para que un dron de esta marca pueda llegar a un alcance óptimo sin interferencias, si pagas menos tienes una patata con hélices
Los hechos hablan por si solos, es tremendamente lamentablemente

Los de Dji saben cuáles son los problemas todos y cada uno de ellos, si no hacen esto no venden el inspire y el Phantom 4 pro.
Muy rastrero y engaño al consumo

The same problems with my Phantom 3 SE. Des not matter from the environment, pilot experiense or mobile device, the range is extremely short - only obut 100m. Also I am not able to switch to 2.4G. After the RC reset, WiFi signal is no longer emitting and connection with the mobile device is impossible. App:3.1.30, FW: 1.5.40.

Is there any chance DJI representative to explain what is going on? Are they working on the problems? When we can expect new firmware and app release? Is there any other solution? In my country Phantom 3 SE costs monhly sellary. This was a dream for me...

there is a way...it does made us a happy pilot ......... bro nebu also flying more den ever after his range increases ............. its still worth owning a 3SE..........

not really...SE still worth owning..............budget and it does flys for me 1.4km away with lag once(depending on the area u are flying) .........

how to get 1.5.40 firmware update for a phantom 3se type drone?

buenos dias, tengo el mismo problema, con el nuevo firmware dificilmente alcanzo los 500 mtos siendo que con el firmware anterior, en el mismo lugar y bajo las mismas condiciones climaticas podia alcanzar los 3 km, quisiera saber si alguien pudiera pasarme algun link para descargar el firmware anterior. gracias

Same problem with last firmware. Every times it continues ti disconnect and return to home. I've tried also in open field with no interferences (i fly also with planes in dedicated areas) but nothing chanced. Tried with android, iphone, ipad, resetted link connection between radio and drone. Nothing again. At the moment i'm not using it

Are you running in FCC mODE ?

ChECK wifi settings in the Dji Go app .
if you get 11 channels in 2,4 Ghz Band you are in FCC

I have the same bird ... i had no problems with Firmware

i experienced these issues when i was running in CE .. not in FCC , drone can reach 3800 meters without signal lost in open field

So is anyone still experiencing problems on this issue and if so what are they?
