Nexus 7 is supposed to be a model that works well with Phantom Pro.  I know my rig works great with my Galaxy Note 3 but I can't get stable video on the Nexus.  Does anyone know of a setting or something for the Nexus?  It is dedicated to this, so no other apps are on it.

did you tried reinstall the app ?

If Nexus 7 is supposed ... it must run ... maybe an internal process cause it.
