Purchased P4P with two extra batteries on June 14, 2017. DJI GO4 app shows ones of the batteries has a bad cell. Is this battery still under warranty? If so what steps can I take to have it replaced?
Ok first you need to contact dji support and start a claim if you go back out of the forum you should see the dji support button follow the links to start your cliam.
And yes it should still be covered under warranty but dji will asses your claim
