Has anyone used this software to boast their signal?

not me  .. i dont want to brick my Phantom Take care with mODS ..

What signal are you talking about boosting ?
If you mean the signal between the rc and the ac then it is purely governed by those 2 items no app that you install will have any effect on signal strength

And after reading a bit more about it sounds like it's function is to boast the video signal. Just wondering if anyone had used it here.

Yes, works great like promised.

I’ve used it and it improved my range but I’m in the U.K. where the WiFi frequency is crippled due to regulations, so all it did for me is put me on a level playing field with yourself. I did not boost any of the levels beyond removing the restrictions.

I have used it along with mods to my antenna.  My max range with my standard has been 3.5 miles before the signal goes out and the ROT is engaged.

I used icarus phone app to boost both rc and ac signal from 20 dbm to 27 dbm as i am in a ce country who use 20 dbm as standard and i get a range of 1300 meters now.

Magic power typically doesnt affect US flying since we already are at 27db according to other posts here over time. However in CE areas both Magic and Icarus they say will boost signal and distance.
