I have noticed that my Spark has a slight tip, perhaps 5 degrees when flying.
This casues footage of the horizon to slant a bit.
Is there a way to fix it so it flies completely straight?

It should be tipping against the wind.
The camera gimbal can be calibrated in the go app if necessary.

I'll see how it flies it perfectly calm weather and will calibrate gimbal as per your advice as required.

Hi, sir. Please follow the advice above or you can long press the image screen and slightly control the gimbal to the position you want.

You should also check if the gimbal is set to "Follow" mode and not to "FPV".
