Can anyone confirm if the DJI Follow Focus unit works with the X7 camera?

Papaxiclas, I mean X7 can work with Focus but it seems there are rare issues according to other users' feedback, we will release the new firmware of Focus soon to optimize it.

I have to disagree with that...
A product that does work some times is a product that doesn't work!
The issues are not rare, are a standard.
8 on 8 friends with the same setup have the same behavior.
The firmware is promised from January and until now nothing.
With the X7 and 16mm is unusable, with the 24 it is manageable, with 35 is not yet working 100% and it works correctly only with the 50mm.
Also on one of your I2 promotion videos the DJI Focus is been used/demonstrated has working wirelessly with the I2 and that is also not correct and misleading.
So, the DJI Focus is simply not compatible with the I2 and X7 and the advertising mentions functionality that don't exists.
I am wrong?!
Can you give me a exact date when the corrective firmware will be release?
Because of the promises made 4 months ago I am now unable to return this product or to use it has advertised....

I think the same, it can not be that a professional device of this amount causes these problems.

It is like the DSLR cameras, in the professional the repairs, updates are imminent, because they are for professional use mainly and therefore its use is necessary 100% daily.

Still have zero ability with Inspire 2 + X7 and any of the lenses to control via the DJI Focus Unit. What is going on? Can DJI please explain?
