Awhile back i was looking for help on a prob with SD card and couldnt find it. Please help if you can .. thanks


SD Card ~ original from DJI


no files in directories when set on (show hidden files)


MISC folder all sub folders empty
/IDX
/LOG
/THM
/XCODE

DCIM folder
/100 media is ok

Ive switched sd cards, formated etc on several cards. same issue on all cards
Changed usb cables no difference

Only warning i have is gimball disconnected.

APP 3.1.18
Vers 1.11.20
RC 1.9.2

So basically i dont have log files or anything to submit/upload if theres a problem with my drone in the future.

How to fix .. thanks

I didn't know there were log files on the SD card.  I thought they were in the AC itself.

The flight logs etc are held on your aircrafts internal memory and the display device. These are what you need to prove any flight problems.

If I remember correctly there are some files stored in hidden folders but mostly of no consequence except perhaps text file after upgrades done.

It wouldn't make much sense to store flight data on the SD card - lose the drone and you've also lost the SD card.
If you want to see where your flight data really is (it's stored in the app in your phone or tablet),
Go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
Follow the instructions there find where they are.
You can also upload any flight record from your phone or tablet to see a lot more information.
