Is there something that I am missing? I have been trying to put my Spark in to pano mode, but have been unable to figure out where to set it up. I have clicked the little level slider icon under the shutter button, but it never gives me the ability to shoot in pano mode. I don't have any problems doing it with my Mavic, but I haven't even seen the option for the Spark...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Respectfully,

1st make sure you are in camera mode
2nd entre camera settings by selecting the adjustment cymbal under the shutter button
3rd you will see a box open, at the top of the box are three cymbals, select the centre cymbal
4th scroll down through the shooting modes, panos are at the bottom of the list

Hi, sir. Glad you solve the problem. Please note that the new feature should use the 4.1.18 version of app so that you can find the icon. Hope you have fun with your drone.

I'm not sure that I should say. I will say that the height of the Tower is 730 feet...

No secret keeping required. In the USA if you are within 400ft of an object you can go up to 400ft ABOVE the height of that object and still be within the law. So say that tower was 800ft tall, if you're within a 400ft radius of it you could go up to 1200ft.

That's interesting, I wonder if the changes that are coming in the UK will reflect these rules.

I know, was just messing around. When studying for my part 107, I was super excited to learn that!

When you think about it, its common sense. The reason for the 400ft altitude limit is because manned aircraft can fly down to 500ft (100ft buffer between the two). The manned aircraft will have to stay 500ft above ALL objects/the limit follows the terrain, so in theory they should always be 500ft from the ground/objects which should mean its safe for drones 400ft above the object/terrain.

It's probably the same over here but i can't find any info on it at the moment.

I agree, the logic is there.  Be interesting to see what happens next year, when they change.

Just got to know the rules. Having studied the 107, like it or not, you learn some pretty interesting things about our hobby...
