a friend brought in his broken GL300B remote controller today, after he had dropped it. appart from some plastics that were easily fixed using JB...

I quickly had a look at the PCB under the microscope before putting the cutie back together and noticed a ceramic capacitor is broken. Can anyone please LMK the value of this capacitor? My guess would be 0.1µF but maybe I'm wrong.

I doubt anyone would know, DJI do not publish circuits. But it is probably a decoupling capacitor, so you could probably quite happily ignore it.

afaik there is a law in europe, that allows any service shop to repair any product and the technical documents have to be provided to that service shop by the maker. I know, because I know a service shop that took several makers to court in germany an won. you are telling me you dont have any documentation, but you are able to repair it without documentation?
