Should this be on or off if I'm recording 4k@ 60fps?

I also do not know when to use this feature or not.

Me too. It would be useful for DJI to do a guide for many of these options on the CS.

Display Optimization only impacts the Crystalsky display characteristics and has no effect on recorded video. The different Display Optimization settings allow you to enhance shadows, enhance highlights, enhance both, or view normally.  These settings, I believe, are intended to help you as a pilot use the Crystalsky to see more clearly the specific details of the objects in the live video being displayed to ensure you are capturing the subject matter intended.  For example, when flying over landscape with a lot of shadows (e.g., forested areas, structures shrouded in shadows of adjacent buildings) setting Display Optimization to “Enhance Shadows” will allow you to see detail in shadow areas that is more difficult to see otherwise, particularly if your Crystalsky display is in bright sunlight.

I believe you may refering to the SRE button. I'm talking bout the D-opt button. It sorta explains what it does when you tap it but I still have questions. If you are recording 1080 30 fps for instance, the display does 60fps for smoothness while you're flying. But what if you are recording 60fps does enabling this button help at all?
