i use mine daily, no problems. all latest DJI app and firmware, Latest IOS 11.2

Hi, Kbrewer, please try what Lannes suggested. Besides, I would also recommend you connect your iPad to the USB port at the bottom of the RC with the original lightning cable, see if it works.
