Hi Guys,

I have just taken out my controller out of my storage case. Its 3-4 weeks since last used. When I plug controller in to a power source it begins charging normally, however, it goes out after 1-2 mins. No lights and not charging. I have been storing it in my nice warm livingroom.

I see that some people are suggesting you open the back of the controller and and unplug the battery to reset. This seems a bit extreme to me. Is there an alternate way I can reset/reboot the controller? The battery can't be dead, I've done maybe 15 flights and its less than one year old.

Any suggestions appreciated ! Tks ;-)

This may sound like a stupid question but are you sure the battery isn't fully charged already? With the controller off and unplugged, press the power button once, how many lights come on?

just 3 lights when pressed once when plugged out. When plugged in charges like normal for 30 secs and then goes out
