I bought an Osmo Mobile.

Although it gets detected by iPhone 6S Plus via Bluetooth even when the phone is not physically placed on the gimbal , the iPhone X does not detect it at all. It doesn’t see the Osmo as a device.

I tried with case on, case off as suggested by some people in the forums.

No luck. My iPhone X works fine with all my other Bluetooth devices but is unable to see Osmo Mobile.

Any suggestions before I return this for a refund?

Having the same problem! The DJI Osmo Mobile never appears in my Bluetooth list when searching within the GO app or the iPhone list. What’s weird is that the phone will the gimbal up right when turned on.

Anyone from DJI care to comment about this? We are talking about the flagship phone from Apple here, it's not a random cheap knockoff that doesn't work. I think we deserve to know so we can go ahead and decide if we keep the devices or not.
