Hi there. I seem to have a problem with my gimbal on my P4. It wobbles about freely when I'm flying and refuses to work. On the aircraft status screen in the Go4 app it says my gimbal status is N/A. How can I fix this? I've tried factory reset using assistant 2.

Did you notice in the About if your Aircraft version was blank or not shown also?  Is this with an Apple device?

I'm having a lot of issues with GO 4.1.8 and Apple iOS 11.2 (iPad Air 2) with disconnects.  Starts out fine, but over time the C1 button to the gimbal fails (No up down.) and then various information begins to disappear in the About screen area as well as the EXP settings, Maximum Altitude and return to home altitude, etc.  If I unplug the USB cable and replug it, it all beings working again while in flight - for a while.  Dunno if it's GO 4.1.8 or 11.2, but 11.2 seems to have a lot of bad feedback for random crashes and more with 11.1 versions.

Hi GreeZ, does the gimbal rotate when the drone is powering up? Can you control the gimbal tilt? When did this issue start? Did anything happen before, like hard landing or crash?

This is only my first flight. The gimbal does rotate during power up. I cannot control tilt. Also I can't record video, I'm not sure if it's related or separate issue.

Have you tried to press the record button on the RC to record video? Do you have video feed on the APP? Could you please provide a short video about this issue for better assistance?

OK I will try to make a video. I haven't tried the record button on the RC. I will try.

Yes, it flys perfectly but obviously I can't make any nice footage with it.

I would send it back.

I have a similar problem that started when I updated firmware 2.00.0106 and I can not fix it in any way.

hello grez. did you resolve the problem with the gimbal? i have the same issue. my gimbal is moving but i dont have image.

Hi my phantom 4 gimbal is showing N/A there is no gimbal celebration while staring the drone but I can record video and take photos apart from that there is no movement in the gimbal I have replaced flex cable 2 time's still not working  please help me out

Same problem with my mavic 2 zoom, gimbal n / a no move but I have video and zoom
