I just got my first drone, Phantom 4 Pro, it always shows disconnected in DJI 4 Go.  I use iPhone 7 , and tried iPad.  Uninstalled dji 4 go and re-installed several times, the problem is still there. Any one can help?

When you start it up and see the Disconnected and gray screen, try unplugging the USB cable to the Apple device and replug it and see if it comes back on properly.  Mine seem to need that added step now.

What iOS version are you running?  Mine is iOS 11.2 and nothing but trouble.

Does the controller cleanly link to the P4P (LEDs on either end are green)? When you power on, are you starting the GO 4 app After both the controller and P4P have established a connection?

And otherwise, to be honest, I haven't experienced any issues with iOS 11.2. But I have with the latest GO v4.1.18 - I can do without those repeating "high interference" messages...

Hello Sir, is the grey Disconnected, right? Could the drone be controlled by the RC? I'd suggest to upgrade to IOS 11.2 to check. Alternatively, you can change to another working cable to verify.

Yes, it is grey disconnected. Drone can not be controlled by rc. Operation system is 11.2. I changed cable, it still does not work.

How to check if the controller linked to p4p? My system was just upgraded to 11.2; but it is still  disconnected.

I tried several times, also change cable, system has been upgraded, it still shows disconnected.

As mentioned above, the controller and P4P are connected if the link LED on the controller is green (not red), and the link LED next to the SD card slot on the P4P is also green (not red).
If the two aren't linked, you'll get the "disconnected" message in the GO4 app. Also, start the app last (after you've powered up the controller and the P4P, and they are linked).

Thanks for clarification. Does the issue appear recently or out of box? Please upload a complete video of the issue, we'd like to check the exact status.

Thanks for your info, it is connected now.
