Hello all,

Purchased a new P4P+ last week and the following issues have happened straight from the box.

• Upon turning on wouldnt see any of my WiFi networks ( would see neighbours ) even thou i have 2.
• finally connected controller to my phone hotspot
• registered but then no connection to drone
• upgraded all firmware in both controller and drone.
• drone now seen by controller and will fly but no picture from camera. NO SIGINAL in red top left of the screen. camera works and records just no picture to controller.
  

Have tried changing channels and WIFI bands but no luck. also have turned off all wifi at my property in case of interference still no luck.

nothing but trouble. Any of you experenced similar?

did you tried reinstall the app ?

Try checking for update on the controller i believe there is a bit of a sequence for doing the updates if you dont get it right then it kinda plays up a bit.

Try a different lead.

no problem.

So just updated controller firmware to latest version and now no connection between drone and controller.

used dji assistant 2 to reset controller firmware and will now see drone but still no camera feed.

think i have a bad one.

If you have an IOS Device try using that in place of the Crystal Sky and start from scratch. If successful then attach your crystal sky.

Start up order can be a factor for some reason.  I use, turn on r/c.  Turn on aircraft.  After they are connected, green light on r/c, then I connect device.

Guys he has plus model.

Can u factory reset the plus tablet itself?
