My DJI GO 4 app (V. 1.1.18) is NOT syncing all my flights since Sept. 29th. It is frustrating... and I am sure that the problem is NOT MY equipment. I have got a fairly new iPhone 7 (128GB), a brandnew Apple iPad 10,5"(256GB) and an even brand brand new (well one day younger haha) iPad 12,9". NONE of these (all with iOS 11.2) will sync all my flights. I made 267 flights with 4 various Phantoms I owned but as sync result I only get 194 flights. I have sent several screenshots, logfiles (where you can SEE that something goes wrong) I also got varioous answer, but there still is this problem... What a UNIQUE Drone but what a BIG pity that this is not been solved. I am SURE it is on their servers... The people at DJI even asked me if my internet/WiFi connection is ok... Well I have a quick and steady 250mBit/s DOWNLOAD and a 40mBit/s UPLOAD and EVERYTHING else works...

Deleting (and losing ALL flightrecords!!!) and re-installing did not help me... I've tried it over 30 times and synced and re-synced at least 120 times but the sync-process keeps quitting at around 93-95%... exactly as is seen on an instructional DJI-viado DJI Susan once posted......................

i think it is not the App, it is something in DJI's systems!
Just got my equipment returned from rep and i am kicked back to where i was in Max's old thread even it was solved back then for me.

an application to manage telemetry in a flying device, should not include audio / video editors ... possibility of streaming and social networks .... I am not an app developer, but I have friends who are ... and under your analysis, they agree with my opinion.

DJI : We want a version to pilot, not to edit ...

I agree to some point but this is OT here and has nothing to do with the problems getting the flight records to sync up.

.. i see , not my case . i get sinc ok ..
