So I did some footage shooting in 4K and when I view it on my computer its very choppy I shot in 4k 30fps. I would appreciate any help or info.

Windows 10? Try playing it using the Film&TV app.
Some media players can't cut that resolution and frame-rate.

What Class sd card are you using?  Less than a Class 10 card can be part of the issue

If you have an older computer, that can also be an issue......read up on specs required for 4K play back

If you have Windows 10 then the Windows Media Player should play it ok.

H.264 or H.265?
My Mac doesn’t handle H.265 very well. There are other threads about this issue.

Hello Bago, does the issue only appear in 4K 30 FPS? Please try to change the player to verify. If no helps, you can upload the original videos and share with us for further review, thanks!
