Using the latest DJI Go 4 app for iOS, selecting "Me" when the app starts, then clicking on the "Store" option gives a "403 Forbidden" error message. It's been this way since 4.1.18 was released.
Hi sir, I try mine and find no problem, could you please try to clear the shut down the app and try another network. Besides, please help to confirm if you use the Safari on your device to enter the store will also have the same case. I will also forward this case to the proper team to check. Thank you for your feedback.

This happens on wifi (at home, and anywhere else... For example, I am on a hotel WiFi right now, and it happens here too), and on the cell network. I force close the DJI Go 4 app when I'm done with it. I reboot the iPad every now and then too. Makes no difference... It worked fine on every version prior to this one. Yes, I'm using Safari on the iPad.

I also have the same issue, has been that way for a while. Also using an iPad latest version of software.
And for me. 403 Forbidden. iPad mini 4 latest OS. Latest DJI-Go App. Using Safari and Googling DJI Store seems to take you to shop.dji.com then to dji.com and seems to be OK.
Android phone using DJI-Go App - just downloaded latest version and 'me' 'DJI Shop' works fine.
