Ever since the last update I can’t upload photos and videos from the local photos and videos. I uninstalled the app and updated my tablet however I still can’t get the local photos to load for the editor. Can anyone help me with this.

Hi Susan. Thanks for responding. I’m using the DJI Go 4 app. I have nevert had any problems with it until the 4.1.18 update. I’m using a IPhone 7 and also an iPad Air 2. On both devices I can not get the local videos. I am now able to get the photos but just not the videos

I have exactly the same problem with both my iPhone X and iPad Pro. My iOS is v11.2.1, and Dji Go 4 apps is v4.1.18. Anyone has a solution to fix this problem? Many thanks!
