I just went through the process....super easy and fast.  Probably less than 5 mins and they don't ask you anything at all about your drone.

The registration is LESS for the actual drone and more for YOU.  At the end of the process you end up with a registration number that you need to put on all your drones.  Your registration costs $5 and is good for 3 years.

EZ PZ.

If only everything the government did was like this... ;-)

Here are the screen captures of the registration process that I went through.  I am missing one screen I think where they send you the confirmation email for your email that you chose to register with.  Super simple probably takes less than 5 minutes.
