it is difficult to make a version "just to fly" .. without editors .. or access to social networks .....?
I think that many problems and conflicts between application and new FW would be solved

Well said, get the basics right then perhaps the rest can follow as a newcomer here I see far to many issues of compatibility and software problems. The flight program must be complicated enough without adding to it.

I already use one and I am very happy with it. Even if I did not and I used the Go app, I would not use the editors etc. I like to edit at home, sat in front of a large screen, and at this time of year a large heater too.

i edit at home also ...  i dont even know how s editor looks ... believe me

We can use an external editor for the feed on Phantoms SD-card. PC´s and Mac´s  have more power to post process these data in clips and pictures than an iPhone or android mobile devices.
DJI Go App should help to control the AC´s Osmo´s and Ronins. Can we hope for a control only version of DJI Go ???

Wow, good thinking, i do not use  the editor either, i bet thats got some size to it,

[b]I to would like to have an app just to pilot my aircraft and find it again should it gets lost, not that that happens  t..... wait, yes it does my bad, it was yesterday lol   
If i need an editer an feel that DJI will suffice then i can download that too, but as it stands, i must use a PC to do the job, it struggles and its much more powerful than my note 3 so imagine how  your editor
will fair on the Note 3 i would be zzz zzzz ZZZ zzzz a lot ;)

For sure I agree; dump everything that is not "flight control" related.  DJI could split out the editor and social media links into an add on APP that those who want it could add later.

+1 !! -- need fast and efficient "Just Fly" photography/videography app.  Stop the features that are causing DJI Go 4 to be un-usable on older hardware!  Also reduce the video transmission minimum to 2MBps or 1Mbps !!!

Can we use a SDK for DJI freely and can make a piloting app? We can send the results to the DJI support so the engineers can test them with various devices.

I bvelieve that the SDK is already uysed in a couple of apps already, Litchie and kittyhawk unless I am mistaken.

Some of us with older phone/tablet hardware are being FORCED to use 3rd party Apps. Does DJI really desire such?  I never had real problems until we were forced to move to Go 4 (even the early versions).

Put my vote in for a slimmed down app with just the flight & photography functions. I'd rather the development resources went into those basic needs than editors, social media, etc. that I never use and just cause the app to get more bloated.

The run time libs are used there in Litschi,Kittyhawk and Altizuer as in Pix4D and Dronedelpoy too. But the IDE should be released to members here are able to develop parallel for DJI Go.
