Got my phantom 4 yesterday, djiGo prompted me to upgrade and now I have a flashing red and green light on rc and very poor image on screen (if any) and goes green. I’m pretty sure it’s the firmware on the rc but I can’t roll back on  djiGo, I’ve tried the c1+c2 method too and that hasn’t helped.
Is there another fix?
Aircraft flies, camera moves, everything works but image on iphone8 screen
Please help as I’m rapidly losing faith in this product

The product is good , but we all are having problems like you after last FW & APP updates

So what do we do?

Do you have another device other than the iPhone 8 to try?

Tried my iPad Air 2 and same happened.... someone said try an android. Is this true?

I would try.   I know there have been issues with the 8 and X.   Is it ios 11.2 on the 8?

When is another firmware release due? Surely soon if everyone’s having issues

Your guess is as good as anyone.

Seems like nobody knows what’s happening

So there’s no way of wiping the rc and reinstalling firmware, or putting older firmware on and letting it update again?

Try refreshing the firmware, then relinking again.

Hey Rob, it seems that the RC has not been updated to latest version successfully. We have been aware the APP error. Please try to use DJI GO for Android, DJI GO 4 for Android, DJI GO for IOS to update the RC firmware for now.

This is a Phantom 4 Standard, Advanced, Pro?
