Comprehensive Charging

With efficient, intelligent management, the DJI Battery Station ensures that shooting equipment is always ready to use. The Battery Station can charge up to eight TB50 batteries simultaneously. In addition, it can charge other devices including the Inspire 2 remote controller and WB37 Intelligent Battery2 via multiple charging ports, and even mobile devices via USB ports. Simply put, the DJI Battery Station is equipped to meet the needs of all your energy-dependent devices.


In addition to power, the DJI Battery Station provides vital information about your batteries to ensure proper management. When a TB50 Intelligent Battery is attached, its current firmware version will display on the station's LCD screen. When connected to a computer via USB cable, the Battery Station can update up to eight batteries to their latest firmware version through DJI Assistant 2 on the computer3.


The DJI Battery Station is built within a case that offers maximum storage. It can store up to 12 TB50 Intelligent Batteries, two WB37 Intelligent Batteries, and one WCH2 Charging Hub4. Outfitted with wheels for traveling, the Battery Station supports all-day shoots.



Multiple Charging Modes

On a film set, every second counts. To accommodate every critical need, the DJI Battery Station uses three charging modes - Normal, Quick, and Silent - to provide the best power management for every scenario.


In Normal mode, eight connected TB50 Intelligent Batteries can be charged simultaneously, until all batteries are fully charged.


In Quick mode, the four TB50 Intelligent Batteries with the highest battery level in the same group will be charged to 90% in just 35 minutes, making it a useful option for urgent use.


In Silent mode, charging speed is lowered to provide a quieter process for evening charges or when limited noise is permitted on set.





Sophisticated Design for Safety and Reliability

We understand that safety is a top priority when handling batteries, which is why the DJI Battery Station is designed with robust measures to ensure reliable charging and storing of all your batteries.
A built-in cooling fan dissipates heat during charging. Overheating Detection monitors battery temperature in real time to make sure that every battery stays within a safe range. If overheating is detected, the Battery Station will automatically cancel charging and discharging to avoid any safety hazards.
The DJI Battery Station is constructed of a plastic that meets USA UL94 V-0 flammability standards, reducing the risks that may arise in extreme environments. From design to materials, every aspect is secured and reliable.

yeah right, i coudlnt even get the portable charging station from DJI, not to talk about the price that will be more than the combo probably, no way jose

I would like to see DJI produce a charger station that is configurable with removable cables etc and selectable options for different battery types and capable of charging up to eight batteries simultaneously.

Woow this is an awesome piece of charging equipment...but what I didn't figure out of the text is if this is like a huge power bank or it needs to be plugged to the power grid.

Out of my league, but super nice!

Here are my 2 cents.

- Only 6 sets of TB50 batteries
- Only 2 TB50 sets are actually fast charging
- No internal charging for WB37
- Case needs to be open to charge, so antiflamable is not usefull. Most fires start while charging
- Reduced charging speed when also charging rc's and displays. Why not build more powerbricks in such a expensive solution?

So where is the real gain compared to 2 stock charging hub setups? Which are way ligher, easier to travel with and are also way cheaper?

Ok, there's an option to discharge and do firmware updates.  Nice
But I really don't see a bonus that is worth a additional €1000 for doing the same compared to buying 2 hubs, That are just built in a case.

For €500 I'd get one to clean up the cable mess at home.
Even for my foreign jobs I will choose the stock hubs as they are lighter, smaller and can get thrown in any luggage that travels along.
So also travel cost are higher with this case.
Out in the field I want to go light. So if I need a lot of batteries I'll choose my case that holds 8 sets of TB50 and also additional stuff like lenses and filters.
So even on local jobs the charging case would stay at the basecamp, hotel or at home.

Nice try, but not fully thought trough yet.
Let me know when there is a v2 ;)

PS: Funny that none of the person likeing the post in in here actually own a I2 ;)

A nice piece of kit,  it would be good if they did adapators for different batteries.

I totally agree.  Looks neat, not very impressive.  Priced to high , very  limited, very  large,  not everything I dreamed...

Though I am glad to see it finally released,  as it was announced alongside the i2 launch and I thought it might never happen.   Now let’s have that tracktenna and Osmo 2.

I read the description at DJI and did not see anything about this being sized as a carry on item.  If it's not, then it's no good for travel.

That’s right... What are the dimensions.  As batteries have to be in carry on luggage.

Thanks for letting US MAVIC OWNERS know about a PRODUCT NOT COMPATIBLE with the Mavic.  

Very nice on the first glance. I was hoping for something a little smaller for travel. I think DJI has many good ideas incorporated in this design and glad to see that 8 batteries can charge at once.

Also, finally we can discharge and monitor the batteries or top off to 50% to store them.

Sold out at launch  wow...
