You need a " Drohnenführerschein" costs  300 Euro. And then you can ask for a " Allgemeine Aufstiegsgenehmigung  mit Ausnahmeregelung" costs 150 Euro and several weeks of your life.

Already have the "Kenntnisnachweis" ... but the other thing is news to me. If this will allow you to fly anytime anywhere this will be maybe worth it. Thanks for answering, guess i have to do some more reading... but I suspect the majority here just don't get caught ;)

Yes, already caught up on that, thanks. You have such a permit? With all the execptions roads, rails, shipingroads, livingspaces? Did you need to do some kind of special justification?

I already crawled through the forms of the RLP website. Guess if this somewhere in the range of 100-200 bucks I would do this since you can't find much space around here in Mainz to fly leagal anyway. Also sucks that RLP is not accept permits of other federal states since Hessen looks a lot easier and cheaper.

Thanks for the info! At this resolution you don't seem to be getting the artefact issues that sometimes show up at 4K.

Yes, 2,7 k seems to be the best resolution for the mavic pro.
