i updated firmware and dji go app and now when i launch the app i get internet may not be available.  also the drone keeps buzzing off and on and link light blinks red than green.  help

Don't worry about what it says about internet.  Sounds like you need to relink the AC.

The DJI Wi-fi connection between the Remote Control the Phantom 3 (STD) and the viewing device originates from the Remote Control.  It is not designed to have access to the Internet in genderal so your viewing device reports that you have joined a Wi-Fi network but you do not have Internet access.  It is not a problem in our case because we are not needing Internet access.

The link button is blinking red and then green? Take a small wooden stick and tab in the RC menu of the Go app >relink RC to AC< and push the link button one short and gently. If the button gives a solid green light then you can use the P3S system for take off. Internet is not needed to control your bird.

Hopefully that relinking tutorial has helped the OP get the drone to cooperate.

It is frustrating, when we have to rebind the RC to the aircraft.

eso se rompe con mirarlo, ojo, asi que esa avería lo deja inutil, ojo con apretar que vi dos rotos, de esa pieza vale 2 euros cien piezas, sin ella no chifla, la averia placa nueva; 400 pabos o 100 en mercadillos baratos, ojo
