I am getting the upgrade error. When switiched only one solid red light glows. Not connecting to mobile.

Hi Gashoks, just to verify, your device is Osmo Mobile or the Zenmuse M1 and grip?
How about updating firmware via DJI Go?

It is Osmo Mobile.

First, Gimbal is not connecting to Iphone 7 or Mi 5 and other mobiles via Bluetooth.

So updating via PC Software, it upgrade process till 77% and then errors.

Awaiting positive info.

oh. ok. Its just day one of my purchase.  Will contact the seller on the same. will request for replacement.
