My P4P+ is under 6-mos old. I am experiencing two problems:

ONE:
Gimbal won't calibrate. It stops at 50%. And I can hear gears wroking so hard and will just freeze.

TWO:
I have already calibrated the IMU more than 15 times. This notification "Calibrate IMU", pops on the screen almost every time I land my aircraft to replace the battery.

So I sent the aircraft to service center. This is their initial findings:
REPLACE THE LANDING MODULE

Is this Landing Module even related to Gimal and IMU Calibration?

The only thing, I can think of is that, maybe you have bad IMU and gimbal.  Did you send it in to DJI for repairs or?

Yes I sent it to Cerritos Service Center in California.

And I got a repair notice: LEFT and RIGHT LANDING MODULE needs to be replaced.

DJI service center is charging me $99 for this job/service.

And regarding my CASE, I already reported to DJI, that I can't complete a gimbal calibration since I got my P4P. And performed more than 15 times of IMU Calibration.

So when I received DJI's quotation, about the Landing Module. I complained about, if Landing Module affects the Gimbal and the IMU Calibration. I have gotten ZERO answer...

And I just got a NEW QUOTATION:
1. Now DJI wanted to replace the MAIN CONTROLLER!
2. Left and Right LANDING MODULE!

the Main controller sounds about right now, thats what controls the drone and all the processes. why they want to change the Landing module not sure.

That is why I was really upset with their first findings.

Yes my Landing Modules are scratched, due to normal use. As I land on different surfaces. But no cracks.

And just now... DJI wanted to replace the Main Controller. This new assessment makes more sense!

But the sad thing is... If I did not complaint, the Landing Module, I believe has nothing to do with Gimbal Calibration or IMU Calibration.

With the Main Controller included, DJI is charging me $154.00 and they finally realized, my aircraft is still under warranty (less than six months).

Warranty still covers this.

thanks for the reply Diana...

the service dept finally took care of it today after I filed a complaint (2 days ago)... about what is the relation between the Gimbal Not Calibrating and the Landing Module...

but what's upsetting was, I wrote all the problems along my P4P... it seems like they did not even bother reading it... and who ever generated the CASE NUMBER, looks like reported something different...

I got my P4P aircraft today... =(

NEW PROBLEM:
P4P+ RC is blinking RED and GREEN
"NO SIGNAL" on the upper left corner of the lcd
I can control the aircraft (ie: gimbal camera panning up and down, fly the aircraft and so on) BUT camera has no visual (lcd is just grey)

=(

I'll just create a new thread for this perhaps...
