Thanks for the response Mindy. I have tried the factory reset and it did not change. I tried the lens calibrate (which I know does not affect autofocus) and with that I can tap on Calibrate now but not able to click on the OK. Nothing happens. But the cancel works. I hooked up once more with the iPad and did a calibration and it worked fine. So I am stumped on what to try next. Can I uninstall the DJI Go 4 and reinstall?

Hi Steve, thanks for the feedback, sorry that the built-in APP cannot be deleted and installed at the moment, may I know the current firmware of CrystalSky and Cendence and the DJI Go 4 APP version?
Any chance to take a short video about the focus issue? We will feedback to our engineers for further analysis, thank you very much. |
