I would love to but I live in Port Macquarie and that is a 10-hour drive......
I'm getting one but I'm saving up for one im just so excited I just want to try fly it now

My Dad is up that way (Harrington). He has the Phantom and a drone he built himself. There is an active community up there I believe.

Port Macquarie isn't exactly a suburb of Sydney. it's about 450km away

I know. But 300 km closer as Canberra, isn't it?
And it is only about 5 h to drive from Port Macquarie and has the blue Mountains near by.
Which I would consider a real good area to fly any drone for a test and some testpanos.
It may even interest Noikmeister to meet there for a daytrip with test flight ;-)

own a motel dont have much time to travel 5-10 hours of drive motel needs someone to operate....
