This is a case for sending the aircraft to DJI. If it works before and not now, it most likely be connection issues eg gimbal contact with the connector, cables connecting to the gimbal connector etc.

Are you saying after you updated that you have NO LIVE  image on the screen  but all else works fine ?  If  so you need to check the hidden file on the SD card from the last update .

Besides, have you tried to reset camera settings and try another SD card?

Hey DJI Mindy.I change my cable and try 2 smartphones : Samsung Galaxy S 7 with micro USB cable and One plus 5 with type C cable , But the problem remained.I gonna try change Micro SD card.

Hate to tell you this but the Camera will need to be repaired.  The "Encoder module" on the Camera itself is either corrupted or broken .  Usually const about 280 USA dollars to repair if NOT under warranty.

Lines 0800 and 1500 have the "device Not detected" which is indicative of the Encoder problem

I am certain of this diagnosis as I have seen it MANY times before .

I have seen this many times, It is the encoder module on the camera itself , the log proves this  as lines 0800 and 1500 say "device don't detected"

You are correct , the camera at the very least must go in for repair.
****Dont Keep  on trying to load the current FW, it  will NOT change this .
