So, spur of the moment, went to Walmart for some last minute holiday cards and they had some low-end VR goggles for $5. Figured what the heck, why not?

Downloaded the DroneVR app (5 free test flights, $8.99 permanent unlock for Spark) and was able to up and flying within a few minutes for under $15. I'm using the OTG cable to connect to the RC.

FPV works great, range tops out at about 500ft but need to play with it beyond the first flight in 36F degrees and other channels. Responds to head movement up or down = gimbal moves up and down. No left or right head movements for turning.

It says it allows recording but no videos were stored on the SD card post-flight.

If anyone has any feedback on this app it would be awesome, but for under $15 to be flying in FPV around my area was well worth it.

Is that an android app or an IOS app?

On iOS there is VR pro, free to use but to permanently unlock be stuff there is an in app purchase
