Got one of these yesterday- battery charged only twice!
Cant rember the readings but the last cell was only off

by one number- example 4.2 4.2 4.2 then 4.1-

solid red light on- is that enough to make it do this??

Absolutely not, especially being charged only twice. I've had these same readings and never an issue. Has to be something else. Whenever I have the battery warning activates, it's because it's reached the designated low battery level that I'd set which in my case is 30%.

I also have mine set to 30%- I have been flying since July with this MP.
And 2 other batteries- never got this issue before.

Same here 4 batteries and never had an issue.

I am not sure how to show you the app you asked for- took photos on my phone just now as the battery only flew about 10 minutes and gave me the warning land now-

battery has 3 solid green lights on- on the battery page- left bar green- 3.78V
                                                                                                middle bar yellow-3.55V
                                                                                                right bar green- 4.24V
Remaining power 2502mAH     
Total Capacity 3666mAH
Voltage 11.5V
Times charged 3

Last two times I few with this battery same thing happened- I think something is wrong with it??
