I have Phantom 3 4K I have problem the gimbal dont work good its layk ded. I dont have video on my phone
On the wideo you cen see the sam problem

Seems like you need to do an IMU and gimbal calibration.

Chill the drone down, without the battery first.. Then calibrate.

And also on DJI Aplication is writing the Gimbal is disconnected.

Have you done a gimbal calibration or an imu calibration? have you checked all the wires in the gimbal to make sure theyre all plugged in? If you do open anything up to check the cables, it can void the warranty if you leave any trace that you opened up the drone.

I do the imu calibration. When i click the camera calibration he dont do the calibration. you cen se on picture it writing gimbal disconnectd

Could you please carefully check the connection of the gimbal wires, making sure it is plugged together fully.

If after you have done the check, and it still won't work correctly, it may have to be sent to a repair center, for testing and repair...
It's frustrating to buy something new, and have it messed up, from day one. Hopefully you can get this back to proper working order, very soon.

There is no DJI service in Bosnia and Hercegovina . The first service is in Europe GERMANY. I check the wires is ok.

Ok, not the connections.
Yes, the repair locations are distant. But what ever you need to do, have it fixed.

I am hopeful it's a simple fix, and short down time.

I didnt have any hard crash. The drone is new only what we do is change a flat cable.

eso le pasó al mío cuanco cojió el virus el otro día, ayer ya funcionó

prueba mirar en la micro sd que no tenga virus, a mí me lo desconectó uno, quita la micro y pon otra o sin micro  y prueba, eso me hacía a mí primero hace eso de moverse luego se queda quieta un segundoy se caé de repente abajo, así que miré la tarjeta y tenía 7,7 gibas de archivos rarísimos y lamicro ¡unitilizada, ahora lo porbé sin micro, con otro cuerpode dron (el gimbal y la cámara? y lo cojió, asi que ya no se cae, pero aún no veo si funciona bien el otro cuerpo que pribé tambien está averiado, así que ando con tres modelos rotos a medias, jajajajajja,

Seguro es lo que te dije, al mío fanton 3 4k le pasó igual, si pongo la tarjeta micro sd averiada, hace eso, así que es la micro SD, NADA, PONES UNA NUEVA Y FUNCIONA

EN CUANTO QUITAS LA MICRO SD DEFECTUOSA FUNCIONA, LA MÍA TIENE UNOS ARCHIVOS MUY RAROS Y ESTÁ BLOQUEDA CONTRA ESCRITURA, SI LA PONGO HACE ESO, EXACTAMENTE Y SE DESCONECTA EL GIMBAL, ASÍ QUE LUEGO YA NO SE PUEDE ABRIR EL PROGRAMA TAMPOCO, ASÍ QUE SE ARREGLA SOLO CON QUITAR LA MICRO, EL SOLO SE RESTAURA

Bonjour, j'ai exactement le même problème sur mon Phantom 3 4K. j'ai changé la carte mère de la GIMBAL, et rien ne s'améliore.
J'ai aussi changé la nappe noir de la GIMBAL.
Elle marche quelque seconde, ensuite tout ce bloc et plus d'image
