I recently bought a phantom 4 pro and I took video with it for the first time a couple days ago and when I went to look at the footage there was a green bar on the bottom of the footage.  Anyone know what the problem might be?

Look at the footage off the SD card in the aircraft, not the copy on your phone or tablet, that just a proof copy.

I was looking at the footage off the sd card on my computer.  I'm trying to upload an example but the forum won't upload it...

I have never seen that green line before.
It may be a problem with the camera. You might send it in for analysis.

Hopefully it's nothing serious, and can be corrected easily.

If that green line is visible after downloading the video, from the micro sd card, to your home computer, it will need to be looked at by DJI qualified technicians.

Yeah it sucks too because I only bought it a couple weeks ago and now I'll probably have to send it in

Yes, but it's better to have it working right.
Hopefully, they ship you back the same drone, as you shipped them.

Please record the drones serial number before sending it to them. ;-)

Sorry for this most unexpected start, but you will be happy, when the green line has dissapeared...

Hi there, just to verify, has the drone been involved in crash or hard landing before? Does the issue appear in every videos and pictures? Could you upload some original videos in SD card to Dropbox and share the link with us, we'd like to look into it.
