Ihave problem, i tried to download dji go 4 to my samsung galaxy s7 edge, but play store says that the app is not combatiple with my phone. Has someone same problem or solution?

You have to try which one of them will work for you. This is not the most up to date but the previous version and to start with, you better stick to that one is my recommendation.

Which version are you trying to download, "post P4" or "Pre P4" ?
I just tested my S8+ , it downloads and works

You need internet connection at first start of the newly installed app. Then it should work.

Yes, the app sometimes does have to upload a revised resource file, make sure that your device is connected to your home Wi-fi network, instead of the Spark wifi (which is a local network with no internet connection)
After the resource file downloads and updates, switch back to the Spark Wifi network

I am connected to my home wife and it doesnt work.

I would reboot the phone and try another 4g network if you can hotspot from another phone.

Sometimes you need to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go4 App as well and close all other apps running in the background

Didnt work. I am not sure if the problem is in my phone or in the app...

Why don't you try another phone or tablet, to isolate the issue to the S7

What is the model of your device? Are you using spark? Please try to download our  app from our website: https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-adv/info#downloads.

I'm having a S7 Edge.
Not sure I understand where you are trying to download from - Google Play is not a problem download latest Dji Go version in my case, but I had trouble to download the Dji Go 4 APK 4.1.15 file from apkmirror site due to I entered the apkmirror site through Dji forum site via the Dji Go 4 app and then I got different messages when trying to download a APK file. When Dji app closed down and using chrome browser to search for the APK mirror site I had no issue to download and install the APK file.

Hope this information might relate to you.
