There is no firmware download available via a link.  
Phantom 4 Pro firmware is only downloadable through your mobile device when connected to the aircraft/RC  or through the DJI Assistant 2 software.

What is "Optimized GEO Zone Management."? I agree with other posters - changes like these that are likely intended to make the product more difficult to use, rather than improve functionality, should really be explained a bit better. That way, we can make an informed choice about whether to update or not.

And that is, as i wrote here a problem when you have a very bad and slow internet connection. You need to have the FW downloaded knowing it is complete to not risk power run out in the middle of the update.

Does anyone know if this release incorporates the fixes implemented in the beta, I suspect not as there is no mention but it would be nice to have an official word on the matter.

I've made my last FW update on my P4P, unless/until one comes along that forces me to update. Anything with "GEO Zone Management" in the release notes I don't want to go within 1000 miles of (literally and figuratively ). This machine is enough of a hassle to use already with all the bewildering restrictions, hobbling with "safety" and "security" with passwords, going to this and that site and typing in  credit card numbers, etc., so I have no reason to accept even more difficulties using my P4P.

The machine works fine now with what it's got, so I'm not upsetting the apple cart ....

Open with care and caution......you never know what you are going to get

so....iso stuck at 500 in d-log mode not fixed.....pfffffffff

Thanks for the Christmas present, DJI. Downloading now team - I’ll let you know how it flies in the next couple of days.
Edit: Update complete. It took a number of tries due to numerous “network errors”. Clearly I’m not the only one deciding to go for it... ;-)

DJI, can we have a Boxing Day treat with updated firmware for the P4 now please?

I'm on a Beta for months now to fix a crazy moving camera, does this version support that beta fix?

Any idea when we might get pano for the Phantom 4 Pro+ ?

So, you have added pano for P4A and P4P but, you have not updated the go 4 app for android to cover this, surely you would get all sorted before a release?
Not to mention any fixes for prior issues 1st, releasing new upgrades is a kick in the teeth for folks waiting months for an official fix

Well, that was an interesting experience. The gimbal ground itself over to one side, shook like a dying fish then did the same on the other side. Then it ground around, went limp, came back to life and sorted of righted itself at an angle. I will fly it tomorrow and see if St Nick has brought us a late Christmas present or whether Krampus has reared his ugly head.

Hi Jenee. I'm not clear. Did it do The Exorcist thing during the update or your first flight after? Just asking, as the update for me was good - and I did it twice with factory reset in-between - so wondering what I should expect on my first flight tomorrow,

Has anyone tested this update in flight yet?

I think you read it right, until your app reach V 4.1.20, no Pano mode available.

I would think the Pano mode for Android will arrive soon as the Crystalsky screen run using Android ....

Before update, files are downloaded completely and after that is starts to transfer and update

How can it if the battery has run out while attempt to download, please read again!

Downloaded and installed the firmware. A couple flights today and all is well. I'm on CS display and couldn't test the pano mode unfortunately but looking forward to doing so! So far so good and no obvious issues...

I do not change my software 01.04.0703.
Because it works great and has no problem

*****PILOT Beware!
I Loaded the new update, and on the second flight pack, "RTH" engaged without pilot command - tried to cancel and would not cancel and missed Home Point LZ horizontal position by 10 feet, battery depleted and had to hand catch by my homes roof line at the rain gutters as it hovered til flight pack totally spent! Successful hand catch and downgrade to service pack 04.

I have the phantom 4 Pro and updated it this morning. It returns to home roughly 30’ north east of original return to home position each flight today. It also shakes around a bit when deciding. Hummm

Did the firmware upgrade. No pano mode available with p4 pro and android.

I flew today with no problems. My Phantom was one of those with the gimbal issue so it was probably throwing a hissy fit with the firmware update.
Apart from that, there were no problems flying and the gimbal was good. Well, when I say good, it still tips the horizon when turning but has always done that and I can modify my flying to mostly eliminate it.
The pano, including the sphere were all good and were not blown out like with the Mavic.No problems with RTH, still accurate to within a couple of inches. Flew 3 batteries and all good.

Sure u have the camera in correct mode my ‘‘tis camera in fpv mode but not in other
