Impossible to register my Osmo Mobile with DJI GO

Hello,

I have tried several times to register my Osmo Mobile on an iphone6 (IOS 11.2.1) & DJI GO (download today) without success.
After checking my email, I always have the same message:
"activation failure, please try again
Incompatible device "


en français :
"échec de l'activation. Veuillez recommencer
Appareil incompatible "

Same here, except I keep getting a message "Network failure, please check"  and I have Google fiber with lightning fast connection.  I wonder if DJI's server is down again?

Same here.  Just bought a new Osmo Mobile (first DJI product).  Downloaded the DJI GO app for my new iPhone X.  First it didn't allow me to create a new account via the app because the first two things it asks for are you email address and a verification code... WHAT VERIFICATION CODE?  I CAN'T EVEN CONTINUE REGISTERING!  So I go to the website and go to create my account there.  I did.  Got a verification email, clicked it, now I'm registered.  Back to the app.  Click as existing user this time.  Enter email, enter password..... long wait...... long wait......... more waiting.... just to get a message saying "Sign in Failed. Check your network connection.  There is nothing wrong with my network connection.

Returning the osmo tomorrow morning.  How can I use a product who's great fault is the software which allows me to interact with it.  I can't even test out the product, nothing, because of an app.

I am having same issues ..... very frustrating!! I will mosy likely return also!!

Hi. Yes, it is a Mobile. No, I could not activate as I was never given an "Activate" or "Connect" prompt via the app. It just said "Camera." I have a shoot in a few days and if I can't fix this I'm in really deep water.

Here we are April 2019. Having the same registration issues. Purchased a osmo mobile 2 today. Cannot use the device due to failed registration. App is requesting a China number and code. Very frustrated. Will likely return to device tomorrow.  I do NOT recommend this product.
