Had my Mavic for a year now and until yesterday every photo and video I take is automatically downloaded to my phone's (Samsung Galaxy S7) gallery, in DJI Album (photos) and DJI Record (videos) folders. For some reason since Christmas (flown several times since) the photos I take are not showing up on my phone, but videos still are. So i powered up the drone/controller again and tried to access the library to download them manually to the phone, but it gave me an error, "Failed to get file list. Exit and retry." (See photo below).
I have a 64GB card in there and it's half full (I rarely copy to my PC and format card). Does anyone know what the issue is?
I want the Mavic to auto-sync photos to my phone again!
Thanks in advance for any help!

You have to give dji go 4 app permission to access photos, then it will save.

Please try to replug the SD card, restart the drone and check if you can access the pictures on it. If it doesn't help, try the SD card that came with the drone and reinstall the app, please note to do a backup like syncing the flight record and saving the pictures and videos before your reinstallation. See if it helps.
Please keep us updated if the problem persists, thank you.

Photos are not automatically synced to your photo album unless you've enabled Auto Sync HD Photo, and then only JPG files are synced.  If you've confirmed Auto Sync HD Photo is enabled, then you could try clearing off your 64GB card and trying again -- the Mavic ships with a 16GB card and so might not have been extensively tested with larger cards.

Thanks all. Got it fixed. I copied all media from the Mavic's microSD card to my PC and deleted the microSD... All back to normal and syncing media between mavic and phone again. The card had about 33GB used of the 64GB card capacity, so seems the mavic doesn't like processing that much media. Now we know!
