Customer can apply Return&Refund service when you meet the following condition:
Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
If the device has been activated and there is no manufacturing defect, sorry that we cannot provide Return&Refund service, please check more details here: https://www.dji.com/service/policy
