I bought some Dji Goggles for the Spark but I did not adapt well. Besides not having regulation of dioprias nor room for my glasses, ergonomically does not fit my skull ... with that weight is impossible to hold.
The seller says they can not receive material already activated.
By law I have the right to return within 15 days, provided that it is intact and properly packed.

Hi Palma, sorry that the activation cannot be canceled.
Customer can apply Return&Refund service when you meet the following condition:
Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.
Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
