I’ve just been told by dji support that the CS is not completely compatible with the spark and got the same answer for the goggles. Is anything compatible with the spark ?

I use both my CS Ultra and CS 5.5 with the Spark no problems at all, so I'm not sure what the compatibility issues are.
All I can think of is that OTG is not supported, but that is for every device  trying to connect via OTG to the Spark RC, not just the Crystalsky

At the moment  4.1.18 android version of DJI Go 4 does not work with  OTG for the Spark,  you will have to use wi-fi to connect the CS to to the RC until OTG is supported by DJI.

They told me the otg is not supported by dji but I found this. What to believe lol

The problem I’m having with otg is I loose all flight data while connected via otg (iOS)

Yes that is the problem with 4.1.18, DJI took away OTG because they said it was not ready to be used. They recommend only using wi-fi with the Spark with 4.1.18

I understand the reasons why  people want OTG , but DJI are saying they will not support it just yet, maybe in the future if you are lucky

If you need OTG , revert back to DJI Go 4  version 4.1.15

The problem I have I’m using a crystal sky and it can’t be rolled back. The funny thing is dji state that a otg cable is required when connecting a crystal sky to the spark remote.

You can roll it back but it will require some experimentation.

Using the Epson BT-300 glasses which uses the same android eco system as the CS , we have sideloaded 4.1.15 and have unisntalled 4.1.18. I'm pretty sure this would work with the CS

Hi, sir. Our engineers are working on that feature. And I believe that it will support OTG cable soon. Thanks for your understanding.

I use my CS 7.85" with my Spark, and I just connect it via wifi and it works like a champ.

You know, I'm not sure.  I'll need to check.  I know I did download the ones for Illinois, and they *seemed* to be working, but with the weather here its been a long time since I flew, so I'd need to double check.

There is supposed to be a heatwave coming with temps in the 40s this weekend, so I'm really hoping I get a chance to put my two birds up!  I got a new P4P as a gift, so I can't wait to try it!
