I don't understand how a company (DJI) can have so many complaints on the same issue and not fix the problem. My RC battery says it is not charged, but in reality it is 100% charged. I want to change back to an older firm ware when things still worked, but now when I go to download the old firmware, the controller says I have less then 30% charge and won't let me perform the task.
Anybody know how to get around this?

Hi Kirk, may I know which aircraft and RC do you use? What's the current aircraft, controller and APP version? Could the RC be fully charged with the original charger? We'd like to see whether we can help.
