I have four Mavic Pro batteries, I have only used one sofar to set up the mavic & RC. How do you update the batteries? With the Phantom3 Advanced it was done through the SD card when you updated the FW.

They are updated once installed on the Mavic.  I usually do all of mine at the time of an update.

Put the first battery into the drone and update the firmware on the AC and RC as normal (this battery FW will update with the drone). For each remaining battery you will need to turn off the AC, replace the battery, turn on the AC and wait for a pop up on the home screen of the app (the one with the picture of the Mavic - do NOT enter device). The pop up will show inconsistent FW and takes several seconds to come up - swipe the screen and the FW on the battery will auto update. Battery FW updates take about 2 minutes max but you will need to follow this process for each and every battery separately - you can not update individual battery FW on Assistant 2.

Hi Tom, the battery will be updated along with the drone when you update the firmware. If you have 4 batteries, you can put the other batteries into the drone and connect the drone to DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the firmware.

Las dos baterias que vienen junto con la mavic white no cargan una prende solo un LED y la otra nada, no puedo actualizarla por que no tienen nada de bateria como para prender el drones. Que puedo hacer?

Hi, I am sorry to hear the trouble. Please try to charge the batteries with the charger for over 2 hours, if there is still no response and the batteries are within the warranty period, please kindly contact our support at http://www.dji.com/support to start a case.

Thank you for that!!! It's so confusing when you can check the status of updates of the AC and teh controller when connected to the SC, but NOT the batteries. DJI strikes again!
